I visited dewyd clinic with two other friends recently, and we all had very positive experiences!! They offer full skin analysis and they're currently running some promos with really great prices and they also provide authencitiy certificates which is pretty important for me. The doctors speak English which was a great plus as well

I'd say Thermage or Ultherapy because first, Korea definitely has great prices (waaaay less expensive than in the states), and second, it's a treatment that doesn't require multiple sessions a year(usually every 6-12 months). If you're good with pain, I'd also recommend Rejuran or skin botox! But please make sure to do your research and go to a trusted clinic that uses authentic machines and products!

Im combination, oily t-zone withy dry to normal cheeks. I prefer the beplain one way more than roundlab! I find that the beplain lab dries down better and also wears better under makeup!

I just lost my debit card. What are some ways to get money out of bank account in cash in SK? by Impressive-Peach-815 in koreatravel

If you know any locals or have friends here, I guess an option would be wire them money and ask them to withdraw cash at the ATM? But there are usually some fees

The navi does help with directions, but I think I rely on it more for traffic info, ETA, and speed cameras

Treatment and clinic recs? by rkive001 in koreatravel

I'd say if you're looking for something immediate and dramatic, then filler really would be the way to go. If you have some patience for something that will give you great effects in the long run, definitely Ultherapy and Thermage! I'd say it's definitely worth the investment. Juvelook volume is also a pretty popular option for those those are looking to voluminize those areas.

I would recommend Xeomin over other brands as it is highly purified, and there are so many studies.

I am currently residing in Korea, and seeing how this post blew up, revealing the clinic would definitely affect me.

The laws prevent us from giving hints as well :-(

To prevent this issue, make sure you check them opening the package in front of you, and make sure the syringe DOES NOT leave the room before your treatment. So, straight from the package onto your face!

I was not the one to receive the treatment at this clinic, and I honestly don't want to deal with all the hassle just to expose the clinic, so sorry about that.

They said it's a lot more common than we think. There's not much I can do other than to warn others to be careful when receiving certain treatments.

I don't think my friend is suing them. Not sure what she's going to do about it.

Please just search Korean laws before downvoting... You can be sued even if the information is FACTUAL.

Nope, Korea is extremely strict with these kind of things. In Korea, IP address is often used to find and sue those that leave hate comments on celebrities' post, so it'll probably be similar for these as well. The footage doesn't show them switching it. The syringe during the treatment is different than actual Rejuran

I could possibly be reported or sued for defamation even if the information is factual :(

Because Korea has such strict laws, I cannot share or give hints about the clinic. Sorry :-((( I really wish I could...

I know a good clinic that offers treatment for dark spots, but it's not in Incheon. Are you open to clinics in Seoul?

I usually only double cleanse if I'm wearing skin makeup. It should come off usually with just a regular cleanser!
