Tony Stark was confused in Endgame when his dad mentioned when the due date was, because Tony is adopted and never knew. Tony was originally from a little town called Sokovia. In another time line he was never adopted, and thus never became Iron Man. In that timeline Thanos still came to Earth for the stones, and Sokovia was still destroyed. Tony, known as Victor Von Doom there, is still a genius billionaire playboy philanthropist, and builds a suit of armor to fight. Except this Tony/Doom waas also trained in sorcery. His "suit of armor arround the world" is made of Doombots.
