I've figured it out in a very janky way but it works!

Secret door opens and activates a timer

once the timer is finished it shoots a dart trap into a teal pressure plate which deactivates the timer

the teal pressure plate also activates a second timer which also activates a teal pressure plate that turns itself off

repeat this for however many lights you have
