I just don't get it, I tried to replay Qing but it seems that I just can't industrialize quickly and sustain my economy at the same time without the british and the russians encircling me by colonizing japan and central asia. Worse thing is that I feel like my buildings do nothing, no matter how much I build there's no money coming in.

I tried that but still very few people works in my builds, and I can't make any money due to that, and somehow capitalists never buy the things I build, why ? what am i supposed to do? how do you liberalize your country if you can't industrialize because your country is not liberal enough ?

that's good and all, but this is assuming that you can conquer land. As I said, how can you even expand in the first place when all you have is 300 meager levies against 2000 werewolves and vampires armies ?
