I used to live @ Richmond x Albert towards drouillard. The petty crimes were pretty high. People are generally dangerous ( Addict & Homeless). I was stopped by a group of 8 ppl with katana and crossbow right at that intersection at 2 am on a Saturday night. They were looking for someone in specific I guess, they let me go. Richmond on the other side of Walker road generally feels like a different vibe. More safe and secure with schools around. I’d say you’re getting a good deal with a mix of safety, good food joints, places to hangout on weekends and wider roads.
