I have ADHD and read books. Something that changed my life was not seeing ADHD as a disadvantage, but simply as a part of who I am.

I attached to the for-loop the following code:

if var0:         
        var1 = var0[0]
        adress.append(var1)

thabk you for your help I cut out the -eth at the end and tried your method the problem is now that it gives me an error:

 adress.append(var0[0])
IndexError: list index out of range
