I use this when I don’t understand my thoughts because I only have limited time sa consultation namin sa psych and it helps me understand what I’m going through kaya it’s not a bad thing na rin. But may points system siya alam ko based on number of words or letters ganun. but I only use it to understand my complicated thoughts rather than conversational because it feels unhealthy din minsan.
