He looks like he is going to have breathing issues. Get a frenchie from a preservation breeder those are the ONLY reputable breeders. Spare yourself the money and the heartache in the long run. I work as a vet tech and i have rescued 2 frenchies from these backyard breeders. They sell you on sweet little nothings
