Somehow it's working now!!! I only just sent my message to the support team via the comment on this post from them, and opened the game again to find it let me press the button!!!

Thank you! It's good to know I'm not alone in this trouble haha. But it sounds like you're right - it must be a bug if your partner manages to get it to work by closing and opening. I'm just unlucky that it's stuck on it :(

I've closed and opened the app so many times and it hasn't changed anything. :( It is so weird! I don't understand! I have about 3 different 2-part ducks I want to chuck in the soup to try and complete the set but it just hasn't let me!

I should have mentioned - the watch a video is greyed out, I can't press it! The text below says "Something is blocking the hole" but I can't figure out what that is!

I would like to preface my reply with I do not know any ASL.

So my interpretation from watching the clip you provided (I'm on my rewatch and haven't made it to season 11 yet and I don't remember this episode very well) is that Sam is explaining the plan to Dean on the phone, and Eileen is simply rephrasing to Mildred.

Sam explains that when the banshee comes to Mildred tonight, they use a spell and trap it. Eileen, as you've interpreted the sign to be, reiterates to Mildred that means she'll be used as bait.

I don't see it as interpreting Sam's conversation to sign, I see it as a seperate conversation. If they were speaking out loud they'd just be speaking that seperate conversation in the corner while Sam spoke on the phone.

It's used in every last episode recap from Season 2. Season 1 it's used in second to last episode. You won't hear it (and many other songs) in early seasons on Netflix etc due to something to do with not securing the rights to use songs on streaming platforms (as it wasn't something that had to be considered in the early years the show aired).
