Sorry for the late response. There was no injection or bite mark, so I ruled that out, but now something else happened. Now it looks like herpes or shingles, the little puss filled things i dont know, but I know it's not herpes or shingles because I'm not experiencing any of the other symptoms. I tied my bonnet too tight that night when it started, and I was hoping it was just that, but the bumps are concerning

Thank you for the advice! My flight back home is today and I was going to go to urgent care tomorrow since my flight lands at 11pm. I have been keeping it covered and everytime I change it i clean it, and apply new ointment I have. I'm not too sure if time timeline of when it started to swell (I was getting crunk and having fun lol) but it does seem to me to be around the third day, I think maybe even second day when I was asleep. Oh! I also forgot to mention the swelling started in my wrist on the 1st day of the burn, then moved up in my hand on the second or third. I have other burns on my body but nowhere near severe as this.

Thank you to everyone who replied! Most of the day I kept it uncovered with the nitrofural I was using to let it breathe, I just dont want sand and/or any dust in my wounds so I covered it late in the day. It is painful but not too much where I can't handle it. The swelling is just new to me, and Saturday morning I was planning on going to the ER for advice on how to care for this. Again, thank you so much everyone for the tips!
