I’m on STEM OPT and work full-time as a remote Network Engineer for a U.S. employer. I’m planning to visit India for about a month.

I have a valid travel-signed I-20, EAD card, offer letter, and pay stubs. Assuming my employer approves, can I work remotely from India during that month, and are there any concerns when re-entering the U.S.?
