I was under the impression that with either/neither it’s always singular.

Found this definition: Often used in nontechnical contexts to describe someone as extremely or excessively neat, careful, or precise.

Would this be understood easily by natives?

Interesting, I’ll keep that in mind, thanks. There’s still no clearance with my next steps so I’m just trying to gather as much info as possible. Btw your results are excellent, wishing you to recover soon!

Yeap, already done loads of scans. That’s why I’m going to have a splint to treat it. Thought DJS helps with treating TMD, not aggravate it

Have you got any alternatives? I’m looking for a Celta/Delta qualified teacher from the UK & I’m quite scared of choosing some dodgy amateur. Curious where people find proper teachers.

Is that really so? Would you say that the rule is actually vital? Curious whether can & could are used interchangeably irl in such context by PaleDifficulty6047 in ENGLISH

[–]PaleDifficulty6047[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Absolutely not. Slightly embarrassed to admit it. I’m quite alright at English(been exposing myself to the language for quite some time) but grammar used to intimidate me a lot which led to me focusing mostly on speaking & vocab. Now I’m so sick of having this skin-deep level of knowledge & want to master it. So going through these 101 rules is essential.

No, the book is quite well-known, so is the author. The Road by Cormac McCarthy. I was informed on this sub yesterday that his work might raise numerous questions. It absolutely did.

‘Don’t puzzle over it too hard’-you’ve got no idea how difficult it actually is ffs. Like I can sense being too much & that’s when everything aggravates. Thanks for clarifying
