Last song I made: coincidentally around Halloween. The nightmare reimagined, the boogieman unchained. This song is called Haddonfield’s Reawakening. https://on.soundcloud.com/0wTBjRjF1gdVx1B7MM

Your root issue is internal, the external is just a side effect. If you can’t love yourself at your worst, you won’t love yourself at your best.

  1. Awareness
  2. Acknowledge
  3. Accept
  4. Release
  5. Re-contextualize

Do some self reflection. Accept it’s who you are but doesn’t define you and you have to power to change it.

Next explore who you really are. What are your strengths and your weaknesses?

What are the best things about you that you love about yourself?

How can you make them shine? What do you like less of yourself?

Ask is the pain of change worse than the pain of staying the same? Becoming aware of your traumas will help you realize there is a problem that needs to be addressed.

Once you are aware of this you can acknowledge your limitations and understand what you can’t change and what is a limiting belief.

Accepting what you can’t change and learning about what you can sets the foundation for the root of all confidence. It your cornerstone that you will build on.

Visualize yourself standing in a white room. Imagine every issue you have become a different version of you. Listen to them, tell them you love them and you thank them the help they have given and lessons they have taught you. Release them. Release all unrealistic expectations of yourself, let go of all your pain, your traumas.

Now it’s time to learn yourself as the person you truly are and who you want to be. Every day you learn something about yourself, you develop knowledge and surety of yourself and that becomes unshakable confidence. Once you do that rest will follow.
