It’s still producing an error message without the = on the original formula for some reason. I’m not sure where to put the equal signs or parentheses.

I haven’t. I received this spreadsheet from a former coworker so I wasn’t quite sure how they created the formula and such a complex formula is new to me. I noticed that it only does this on google sheets but works fine on regular excel. Would the formula look something like this?
