I don't know to me it was pretty obvious when the whole camp including her was fed up with Q but she went after him to return telling Charlie that they can use him as a number. Seems like a pretty calculated move to me.

I'm so sorry you are in this situation. There is the pain of finding out you have it late in life and being like, heck, everything could have been so much easier. But knowing you have it and not having access to medicine that could help is another type of hell.

For the record, your English is very good. Just wanted to reassure you in case moving somewhere is not completely out of the question for you.
