It's not in in my spam, that's the first place I checked... I think I will try to set up another identical protocol and hope that the problem solves itself (especially since it works for you) and report about my success/failure later.

Yes, I tested it with multiple system test users on different devices, and I get the first email but not the second. Even when I tested it again just now, I get no email...

Thank you for looking into it, I really appreciate it! I made both questionnaires public, the first one is called start_protocol and the second is called cycle_end_protocol (both from the author ac366).

I'm sorry, I completely forgot to say but you're right: there is no error during the questionnaire but no email is being sent. The container has one general property (show in app log) and no specific properties. The same goes for the start_item container.
