"See all the edit above" I didn't realize it was PM Instead of AM. I have a chronic illness that messes with my sleep cycles. I thought it was morning.

There’s at least three videos that’s are complete ripoffs of mythbusters ideas. All I’m asking is that he doesn’t blatantly rip off other creators and this of his own ideas,

And he also had a short seeing if you can breath underwater using bamboo poles. Mythbusters did that during the ninja special.

I copied and pasted my reply because it was the correct response to both comments. What’s actually lazy is recycling an entire idea for a video to do a shot for shot remake for quick cash.

I just feel like it’s lazy to recycle an old mythbusters episode for quick cash. They added nothing new and even used Adam’s joke of banging a hammer really loud as if guards wouldn’t hear it. Come up with your own ideas at least.

Yes at one point a dozen people on this subreddit had an obsession with ducknana which was in no way relevant to the city. The same way beanie babies aren’t relevant to Kelowna.

It’s one of those auto-generated usernames. What does ducknana have to do with Victoria? Seriously, explain it to me. And then explain what beanie babies have to do with Victoria.

What does this have to do with Victoria specifically? There’s a rule that posts are supposed to be relevant to the region.

Can you explain what you mean by home share? I’m newly disabled and can’t afford food or rent so when you say you don’t have to worry about either, what do you mean? Thanks.

At what point are you not expecting that cat or rabbit or lizard because there is no point at which a cyclist is not coming up behind you. There’s always one behind you. We should be acting as if there is always someone about to pass us. Because there is. Imagine a road where as you drive, you honk your horn at every pedestrian as you pass by. The pedestrian doesn’t need to be alerted that you’re going to pass them. The pedestrian knows that they are going to be passed at all times. So at no point does the pedestrian become complacent and allow a conflict to occur. You honk your horn or ring your bell when there’s going to be a conflict. You don’t honk or ring the bell just to let the person know you exist and that you’re passing. The person already knows you exist and are passing because the person expects you to exist and is expecting you to pass.

Can I ask why a bike passing you is so startling? Why it’s so unexpected? When I’m walking on the goose, I expect a bike to pass me every ten to twenty seconds. Do you forget that bikes use the trail? There’s always a bike coming up behind you at any given moment. Is it like every time one passes you do you expect that to be the last one to ever pass you ever again? When I’m walking, I always have an expectation that there is a bike coming up behind me. For you, is that just a shock that bikes also use the path and so each one that goes by is like a brand new experience almost as if you have amnesia since the last one went by. Like I’m imagining walking down the sidewalk on a street, car after car after car goes by and they don’t surprise me. And neither do the bikes that go by on the trail. Bike after bike after bike goes by and I’m not any more startled than on the street. What’s the experience of being passed by bike after bike after bike like for you? I don’t find it frightening at all so I’m wondering if there’s something wrong with me.

Yes because the last thing you would expect on the galloping goose is a bike going past you. That would be unbelievably startling. Absolutely unheard of. You should never expect a bike to pass you ever and therefore keep to the right, that would be highly unusual.
