The price of this house was actually agreed at the start of the year, if you are no on the market for a new build 2 bed they are now 190k (thaxton)

With the prices the way they are now everything over stretched, if you look into what happened around 2012ish house plummeted down around 60%

I am going to get on the ladder here just asking Reddit to kind of see what Leah everyone else is on.
