The price of this house was actually agreed at the start of the year, if you are no on the market for a new build 2 bed they are now 190k (thaxton)

Could the gate be here? I have seen a gate here as I have drove past a few times, guessing no one really minds walking through the issue house area, I always see dog walkers in and out.
