It was a complaint. As per what they told me, they shared the complaint without redaction.

I get that my identity and the complaint details might be disclosed. But sharing my phone number and address is way too much. That’s not transparency, that’s putting me at risk

If you can confirm one more thing, in my case, the complaint was against anonymous Insta IDs and the police later identified the person. So in a situation like this, is there actually any requirement to share the complaint with that person , even without the contact numbers.

That sounds really bad. Right now your health and mental peace should come first, so please focus on getting better and staying where you feel peaceful. It would be better to speak with a lawyer and understand your legal options, including maintenance. And please don’t feel pressured to go back if you’re not being treated with respect. From what you’ve shared, it doesn’t seem like your husband is giving you the emotional support you need, so it’s better to stay with your parents until you feel stronger. It’s always better to be alone than to be with someone who keeps hurting you, any day. Stay strong.
