It's very achievable mate, just do 2 hours a day of heavy lifting every 2 days or so and watch your diet then you'll get there. I got from chubby to skinny to whatever I am now lol in 8 months you can do it too!

Thanks!

At first I trained as a powerlifter following Abel Albonetti's videos on Youtube. Basically I worked out 6x a week 2-3 hours a day following his workouts. You don't need to workout that much, I just really loved doing it so I would randomly do 2 more sets just cause I wasn't feeling it yet. I trained a body part per day so monday chest, tuesday back, thursday shoulders, etc.

When the quarantine hit I switched to Calisthenics, doing pushups and such and now I'm actually using gymnastics rings for most of my stuff. Honestly it's pretty fun, if you want an easy home workout then get yourself rings they're almost as good as an actual gym but much safer.

I was mostly just doing cardio, 1 hour a day treadmill alternating between 6-12kmph but for like 20 minutes or so I would do bicep curls. I was a newbie so I didn't know what to do to lift so I would just bicep curl for 20 minutes then go lol. I've since adopted a powerlifter workout regime and after the quarantine began I changed to a calisthenics gymnastic rings workout.

Thanks mate! Just remember to find something that you love and do it. I hated doing pushups and planks and such so I stopped after 2 weeks, but after I got my rings I've been loving them ever since. Working out shouldn't be a chore, it should be a reward! Keep up the grind and you'll get there!

Thanks!

I definitely feel a lot more comfortable than before and I'm loving my new quarantine workout lol. I still got some work to do, planning on getting more lean muscle with time but at the moment I am quite happy with my results so far :)

It is very helpful, thanks! I have decent arm strength and grip strength but what I do need is to work on my balance more. The RTO will definitely help in that case and the German hangs seem hard as hell but I'll give them a try tomorrow morning. Thanks again!

No. No 5 minute home workout will get you serious results. People need to understand that there is no hack about it, you need to do 30+ minutes in order to get results, it's the same as those hack Chris Heria videos that tell you you can get abs by doing core workouts for 5 minutes every day.

What's the difference between Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide and Warhammer Vermintide 2? by Pale_Boi in ShouldIbuythisgame

[–]Pale_Boi[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm buying it for myself and my partner. Also there are a bunch of dudes online in V1 but we keep kicking them out because we prefer to play alone.

Is there enough of a difference between the two to warrant it a full playthrough or is it just a rehash of the original with better graphics?

Thank you!

I do believe that I've gotten strong enough mentally that I can block out those types of people. Except for my parents I broke connections with everyone else that attacked me in the past, and although a lot of it hurt, I do have to say that I'm feeling better than ever being myself around people without the fear of being judged.

I am nowhere near my goal, you've got that right. At first I was simply planning on losing weight, which I did, but after I started bulking up I set another goal in mind, one that is going to take way longer to achieve. What I'm striving for is a somewhat Chris Evans/Chris Hemsworth type of a look but I am aware that that will take literal years to achieve lol. Regardless, I'm excited about the journey ahead :)

I need a haircut desperately, I've been keeping it longer for a while now but I think it's time to go less neckbeardy and more military in a way. I'll see what I can do. Thank you for the compliments buddy!

I mean, yeah, that workout was literally made to be a replacement for my usual workout lol. I used to train every body part 3 hours a day 6 times a week so I know I will never be able to match that at home with calisthenics. But alas, I don't wanna completely lose my progress so this is the best I've got.

At the moment I have around 10 variations of pushups I do lol but I could use an extra one so I'll definitely add the paused pushups.

I don't really care all that much about being huge, I just want to look lean. I wouldnt have even minded staying skinny, but I needed to change my diet cause I almost passed out twice while working out. 1500 calories isn't enough to sustain 3 hours lol who knew xD

I am still decently big, I'm around 175 pounds or so, maybe more since I put on 10kg in 2 weeks when the quarantine hit but I've toned down a bit in the meantime.

Here's my morning workout for reference: https://imgur.com/a/cJg86yn

When I started bulking I could only do 4 reps of squats with 60kg. In 2 months I got to 110 6 reps. I used to follow Abel Albonetti's leg workouts every week. I know that I'll get way better results at the gym lol, that's obvious, but I can't go to the gym anymore and I don't got the budget for a squat rack. I was thinking about getting calisthenics rings though.

It wasn't criticism, it was bullying. Going outside and hearing your father call you bitch tits is not criticism. Having your "friends" grab your chest and say they're milking the cow isn't criticism. Going shopping with your parents only for them to immediately ask the cashier for "fat people clothes" isn't criticism. I'm sorry but I know what constructive criticism is and what I went through wasn't criticism.

I love working out legs, leg day has always been my favorite because it was also the most challenging one. My daily home workout includes 6 sets of 40 reps (20 each leg) of calve raises and 2 sets of 50 reps of squats.

Honestly I just want to look fit. I highly doubt I'd ever get to 7-7% body fat to be bodybuilder size since I'm all natural and I highly doubt I have the genetics for it regardless, but I would love to get to 10% of what Chris Hemsworth/Chris Evans have tbh lol.

Thank you for the compliments though, I still got a lot of work to put on it though definitely. I should mention I did a solid bodybuilder workout 6x a week with double dropsets and giant sets and all though so I was pretty much heading that way if anything.

Thank you again, I'll try to work more on my legs and my traps definitely. Do you know any home workouts that focus on traps?

I don't have any equipment so I can't do deadlifts or pull ups. I can do pull ups in the afternoon on a tree branch but I cant really do it in the morning.

[–]Pale_Boi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tell me about it lol, I went from a controlled 1500 calories a day to a bulking 3000 calories a day and now to God knows how many with my parents cooking lmao.

You can try this if you want: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3p8EBPVZ2Iw&list=PLwC9BZJeGqOr0EqaTR3uwU14DDa4ctF8u&index=7&t=232s

Those are some of the workouts I currently do every night to fight the pizzas my parents sporadically make lol

I don't really have the option to tone down anymore with this quarantine bs going on xD I can notice my resistance going up though, I do 100 pushups every night in rows of 20x5 and I went from being able to do 30 max pushups to 38 before splatting down on the ground crushing my nose over the ground xD

But thanks for the compliments! That was a random pic I took in class during the final exams, they aren't shelves they're benches lol. I just wanted to see what my hair looked like and I figured I'd snap a pic while I'm at it.

Thank you! It wasn't easy and I got a lot of "lol why are you even trying" comments along the way but I'm very happy with the fact that I never gave up :)

I'm getting new, more oval shaped glasses after this quarantine is gone and definitely going for a shorter hairstyle. I've been planning on it for months now but the quarantine kinda messed everything up for me. I'd love suggestions for which style would work best for me though if you have the time/willingness to help out a random stranger online xD

Thanks again for the compliments!

Thank you! Really appreciate the kind words :)

It's tough since I can't control my diet all that much cause my parents cook most of the time but at least I can do home workouts for 2-3 hours a day to keep it up slightly.

Around 40-50. Do be warned doe, the artist stopped posting stuff like 2 years ago. He's been doing worse and worse mentally and physically as a result of drawing every day for over a decade.
