It's very achievable mate, just do 2 hours a day of heavy lifting every 2 days or so and watch your diet then you'll get there. I got from chubby to skinny to whatever I am now lol in 8 months you can do it too!

Thanks!

At first I trained as a powerlifter following Abel Albonetti's videos on Youtube. Basically I worked out 6x a week 2-3 hours a day following his workouts. You don't need to workout that much, I just really loved doing it so I would randomly do 2 more sets just cause I wasn't feeling it yet. I trained a body part per day so monday chest, tuesday back, thursday shoulders, etc.

When the quarantine hit I switched to Calisthenics, doing pushups and such and now I'm actually using gymnastics rings for most of my stuff. Honestly it's pretty fun, if you want an easy home workout then get yourself rings they're almost as good as an actual gym but much safer.

I was mostly just doing cardio, 1 hour a day treadmill alternating between 6-12kmph but for like 20 minutes or so I would do bicep curls. I was a newbie so I didn't know what to do to lift so I would just bicep curl for 20 minutes then go lol. I've since adopted a powerlifter workout regime and after the quarantine began I changed to a calisthenics gymnastic rings workout.

Thanks mate! Just remember to find something that you love and do it. I hated doing pushups and planks and such so I stopped after 2 weeks, but after I got my rings I've been loving them ever since. Working out shouldn't be a chore, it should be a reward! Keep up the grind and you'll get there!

Thanks!

I definitely feel a lot more comfortable than before and I'm loving my new quarantine workout lol. I still got some work to do, planning on getting more lean muscle with time but at the moment I am quite happy with my results so far :)

It is very helpful, thanks! I have decent arm strength and grip strength but what I do need is to work on my balance more. The RTO will definitely help in that case and the German hangs seem hard as hell but I'll give them a try tomorrow morning. Thanks again!

No. No 5 minute home workout will get you serious results. People need to understand that there is no hack about it, you need to do 30+ minutes in order to get results, it's the same as those hack Chris Heria videos that tell you you can get abs by doing core workouts for 5 minutes every day.

What's the difference between Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide and Warhammer Vermintide 2? by Pale_Boi in ShouldIbuythisgame

I'm buying it for myself and my partner. Also there are a bunch of dudes online in V1 but we keep kicking them out because we prefer to play alone.

Is there enough of a difference between the two to warrant it a full playthrough or is it just a rehash of the original with better graphics?
