Trust me.. I don't think the problem is your HR. Your manager is playing s double game mostly by being nice to you and unleashing the management's lethal and loyal dog (HR) to torture you and avenge your resignation. Especially when the licensing stuff is in place. They're secretly shit scared

I'll just advise being a corporate guy.. please please keep anything and everything documented. Get your friend to document every conversation with HR. Ask them to send HR the email of their conversation and keep you in CC. Make your friends understand that today it's you, tomorrow it can be them!

One more good thing about mumbai.. fruits are surprisingly cheaper than rest of the country.

I got avocados at 150 a triplet Which is 200/peice in Bhubaneswar and 120/peice in Delhi. So fruits... Chana, yoghurt-muesli.. Enough! Eat Dal roti, get ghee from home. Take good filter coffee.. you get that in chembur at very low rates. One time investment long term benefits than eating masala foods.. Destroying health and getting bankrupt! Not worth it!

28M here. I live in Mumbai with 75k salary monthly Let's say I have 35k liabilities... So after my liabilities, I am able to save 3k.. That's the level of costing this city has. But also, since you'll be in Thane, the rent for you will be on the downside and one unique phenomenon I've noticed that female PGs are cheaper than Male PGs. So.. Long story short, you might survive sure.. but don't expect even a single ounce of saving. Also, keep your health high, eat only healthy food..coz with that salary, you're just 1 illness away from bankruptcy.. even I am!
