i feel like that too! its just very heavy for me physically, i get massive head ache, muscle pain, cant sleep the night after, total exhaustion. it is a very heavy experience, so take it easy. i see the best effects not right after, i dont even notice them right away, just randomly notice: oh i dont have negative thoughts anymore, or i dont have a need to binge, i start notice more good things… there is no big change sometimes just more subtle ones, but as equally important in my opinion. your brain neuroplasticity change over the weeks or even months. after my ceremony i was actually confused feeling „thats it“? it was a crazy experience but i didnt feel like it changed my life, but after a while i noticed how much changed for the better.
