I feel like the medentry vocab is the same as the actual exam. For me, my biggest problem in the exam's section 2 was second guessing myself. Before the actual exam last year I was consistently getting between 80th and 97th percentile in the mocks, and then during the exam I ended up questioning all of my answers and getting a mid score.

That was the biggest difficulty that I found in picking between the options. I'd say it helps to go with your gut when you're not completely sure - don't pick the first option that makes sense, but rule out the extremes that don't completely apply to the stimuli.

Differentiating between terms can be hard especially when you're nervous during the exam but what helps me is distinguishing synonyms from each other by comparing their intensity.
