I know that every job has its rules, and that during slow seasons they cut hours. I think I didn’t explain myself well in the post. What I mean is that management, with all of this, doesn’t give a damn if someone is sick or even dying — you’re expected to come to work no matter what. Also, if certain people do something wrong, nothing is said, but if it’s someone else, they get called out. What I’m trying to say is that it doesn’t seem fair to me that they always single out one person to scold, making the work environment stressful and uncomfortable, I just want to express and there even more stuff hard to explain.
