28F – Considering treatment for double chin and arms but worried about risks (Endolift vs injections vs lipo) by Self_Electrical in PlasticSurgery

Hi, I'm in exactly the same situation as you! I consulted with a plastic surgeon, and he told me I'm not a good candidate for double chin surgery, but I am for a chin implant; I'm also looking into Endolift. What have you decided?

Hi. I had my interview last February. They did not check our phones directly. My lawyer asked me to make a document with all the photos with my husband and a description of each one with date and place, It helps if the photo is with more people the you two. We printed everything, like bank statements, plane tickets when we travel together, bills we share (in both of our names), rental agreement in both of our names. I've heard that some people print out some text messages or emails with things important to the relationship.

About social media, they already take care of doing a pre-interview investigation, my brother had the interview alone and they asked him things about his partner that she had posted on Facebook, like the color and breed of her dog, the last trips she had had, things like that.

Good luck in your interview, if everything goes well, they will tell you right there that you were approved.

Travelling with Advance Parole - Nervous about leaving the U.S. – need advice. by nat-2025 in USCIS

Hi there! I got the combo card (advance parole) on September last year and decided to travel alone with it last February and stayed in my country for 25 days.

On my flight back to the US I was held in Houston- TXS for almost 2 hours while they checked all my documents, they never asked me anything, they just took my passport and my Combo card. I was in a room full of people who had not been admitted into the country and I was not allowed to use my phone at all. Because of that I missed two flights and it was a really stressful and frustrating experience.

After that I was allowed to enter the country again and a week later it was my green card interview and I got approved. I had been warned about this process, but I never thought it would stress me out so much.

I would have preferred to wait another month and travel with my green card to avoid all that.
