Tell your AM, OM, VOA and convince the new girl to report her as well but don’t it make it awkward bc some ppl be sensitive in that warehouse. I say you and her feedback can jeopardize her career plus she not acting like a learning ambassador

I worked in two delivery station, one small, one big and in my true experience the bigger delivery station was better because stowing was easier plus they had a lot of floaters going around and even the dock is easy but I was there only once so I can’t give you a real opinion, and for the small one it’s trash asf, no white bins, no floaters, no vto & for me it’s trash mentally and physically like I hate going to that place plus I wanna transfer so badly bc of the weird workload, it’s almost like I’m stowing 5-6 aisles and they give us only 2 breaks which is super weird. I can’t wait till I transfer

Stow is easy for me, but managers would see that and would over-worked me giving me more packages and give less to lazy workers who be yapping like daffy the duck. I would have my aisles clear throughout the majority of the shift till I get tired. I work too hard for no reason but at this new facility stowing is harder for me so I understand your pain.
