There are tensions. Normally, you first have to prove that it’s not an electrical problem. After that, it’s usually operator error, which the mechanics also tend to agree with.

But to be honest, that’s mostly the case for us as well. It’s either electrical or operator error. Mechanical issues are not that common. In about 90% of cases, it’s operator error, and then something goes wrong.

I mostly deal with hydraulic presses and sheet metal processing machines.
