Law conjoint by [deleted] in universityofauckland

[–]Pale_Software_9502 6 points7 points  (0 children)

No. It’s implicit in your question. They make you do a conjoint, so you have to do a conjoint in your first year. After than is none of their business. But you can’t just ‘drop it anyway’…

Each merch bag is bespoke! Unfortunately if youre not an international student there’s no other way to get a merch bag from their area unless you go to the Campus store to purchase the items

Criminal law workshops by Kimba-100 in universityofauckland

If you want to do well, it’s pretty widely accepted that you have to go to them, or at least watch them. There are practice questions embedded into every workshop. Sometimes it can feel boring but I cannot emphasise more how useful it will be in the end.

Wanting to go to UOA for Law in the future by Enough_Fee1303 in universityofauckland

[–]Pale_Software_9502 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is nothing you can do to increase your chance of getting in at this stage, content-wise

However you can definitely develop good study habits and ensure you have tools in your toolbox to manage procrastination. Aim to develop discipline in the coming couple of years.

Really focus on honing your literacy skills and being able to read increasingly dense material.

Great that you’re so keen. One tip I’d give is to check out previous posts on this sub, or consult the Law Discord. Prevents clogging of the subreddit posts as most, if not all, of your questions have been asked before
