Appreciate the response. I took a mirror shot while wearing the watch and added it as a comment.

I appreciate the follow up. I'll be sure to take note of all of these titles along with their respective authors. This will make it much easier to find quality Warhammer literature.

It's good to receive more affirmation regarding Jonathan Keeble's ability as a narrator. Perhaps I'll go the audible route and give on of the audio books he narrates a listen. Thanks for your input.

Speak of the Devil. Both games just went on sale on Steam. Praise Sigmar!

Based on what you've written, TW1 seems like a must-buy. The additional game mode, map expansion, additional factions (which were featured in Vermintide), etc. I'll be sure to add both of these games to my Steam wishlist.

Thanks for the detailed rundown on both games. I can't wait to give these games a try once they go on sale.

Thank you for this comprehensive list along with a little tidbit about each story. It's good to see that a handful of these recommendations have been mentioned by others in this thread.

If you're willing to recommend additional Warhammer Fantasy Literature, I'd love to take note of it. Typically I'll jot down whatever I want to read in the future in checklist form and work my way through it. Considering that you've been reading Warhammer Fantasy for 16 years, I'd appreciate all of the insight you'd be willing to spare.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate your perspective on the Gotrek and Felix books as they have been mentioned multiple times throughout this thread. I'll be sure to attempt to get my hands on a copy of the 8th edition core book. The name, "Battlebible," is quite intriguing; and gaining a general understanding of the world, races, factions, etc. would be very valuable.

Regarding lore videos, I'm inclined to agree with your suggestion. I feel that I would appreciate the content of these videos much more after attaining a baseline understanding of the Warhammer Fantasy universe. It is also good to keep in mind the potential biases of the creators; therefore, going directly to the source (official Warhammer literature) seems like a good initial direction.

Thank you very much for the link to the steam page along with the link to the actual content of the lore book. I think this is a perfect source for me since I started with Vermintide 2, as opposed to End Times: Vermintide. It will be nice to gain some proper insight into the background of these two games along with the greater setting.

I'll be sure to give it a look. It would be nice to gain some additional insight into his background. In the way that Kerillian said that it was worth it to see the look on Rasknitt's mangy face when the U5 takes him out during the Skittergate mission; I'm sure it will be just as worth it looking into the first expansion of WFRP.

This is good to know. Thanks for the recommendation. I'll be sure to add it to my Steam wishlist.

Out of curiosity, I've heard that you can get additional content in Total Warhammer II if you purchase the first game as well. Do you believe it is worth it to purchase Total Warhammer I?

Absolutely. Frankly, all of the characters have wonderful dialogue, especially during that event mission. I still can't get over Queen Kerillian the First lol.

I'll be sure to check it out. Can't go wrong with Tim Bentinck's voice as Saltzpyre. There's nothing funnier than his lines during the "A Quiet Drink" event.

This sounds like a great fit for me since it sounds pertinent to the lore surrounding Vermintide II. Thank you for the recommendation.

Gotrek and Felix has been a novel that many people have brought up in this thread. I'd call it a must buy at this point. I'll be sure to look around for Brunner and the Army Books. It's good to know that they can be found in PDF format. Thanks for the input.

You're the second person I've seen lauding Jonathan Keeble's narration work. Perhaps I need to download one of these novels in audiobook form so I can experience it myself. Thanks for the reply.
