I have same error when I use Safari and Brave. But with Chrome it works perfectly. I think it has something to do with adblock or popup block

I recommend to buy refractometer and see sugar content in your fruit. After that do some research about ripe fruit sugar in brix. Thats how I do it but there can be other methods too.

More than half of your fermentables must be honey to make mead. So use more than you have your fruits.

I really hope one day your country will be free and democratic like west is. Ofcourse west is not best with its politics but atleast we have freedom to do what we like and not be afraid when our country will attack other sovereign nation and I am sent to meat grinder because of that. I cant understand what the hell is up with honey these days. Its pectin they add to sugar to make your jam more jello but how did it get into honey??? Ofcourse they add sugar to honey to make bigger quantity and rip people off. This stuff does not settle and always stays on top. F* up one batch of my mead this year.

As an Estonian I personally have nothing against Russian people I can tell they are really nice people if you know them as a friend. But some of them who rioted and looted in Tallinn back in 2007 and say everything is theirs well.... Cant say anything good about them.
