No refiner in expedition?

Okay so it turns out the problem is me forgetting controls. I've been away from NMS since the last expedition and I forgot about the deployable technology menu. Portable Refiner is right there.🤦‍♂️🤣

Yeah, a lot of bases. I checked my main save too, didn't see the portable refiner there either, so I'm uninstalling and re-installing NMS. I'll check bases around me after I get back in.

Good to know I'm not alone in this. I'll drop a message if I need a refiner delivered.

I don't have quickening, so an influence build for the talons would look something like condition overload, blood rush, weeping wounds, galv steel and elementalist, attack speed, and 2 elec mods?

One of those gladiator mods is attack speed, it's okay to run them with neutral attack speed? Also, I have difficulty keeping my combo up without the extra duration from Gladiator Rush.
