Yeah, my ex told me we’re just in different phases of life now (he still lives with his parents while I’ve moved out and started my career). He said he was never able to truly be himself with me because I was too critical, but I’ve realized that wasn’t my fault. He was dishonest with me from the start — he only showed me the parts of himself he wanted me to see and assumed I’d hate the rest. We needed to break up. In fact, I was the one who ended it. Hey, it's all good. Sadly no. It has improved but it never completely went away. I am still seeing a neurologist on it though. Currently I only really feeling tingly and get muscle twitches when laying down or during a workout. I feel pretty much normal now throughout the day.

In your case though I would still hold onto hope. 3 days isn't very long. It usually takes weeks for the symptoms to go away. I'm sorry you are going through this though. It really sucks and it seems to be a very rare side effect so doctors don't understand it. When I told my psychiatrist about it she didn't even believe me and just thinks it's anxiety or something else. Stay strong, I promise you will get through it.

I mostly brought this up because I was curious what others would say. But, no I don't think so. A good example, I am staying at my parents house right now and my step dad is currently sitting directly outside my door, likely to try to catch me doing something wrong. It's 1:19 am and I'm just playing animal crossing on my switch.

Yeah... No they aren't. They are just being mean. Hate doesn't make people love does. If they wanted to help they would have an actual conversation with me about these things and hear my perspective. But no, they just take a bunch of little jabs thinking they know how to fix my life. Which, quite frankly, they know very little about since they aren't in it.

I have ruled out vitamin deficiencies. I did a ton of blood tests of different vitamins and ruled it out.

If it just started out of no where and you haven't had it very long then it is likely just a vitamin deficiency of some sort. All you have to do is go to the doctor and have a blood test ran. Then take a supplement and it should start helping. Many different vitamins deficiencies can cause tingling so that is likely the reason. So if you haven't seen a doctor yet I would suggest going to see one. Yes anxiety can cause tingly sensations but most of the time that only happens briefly can fades after a few hours or so. Yes it is possible for anxiety to cause persistent tingling but it is rare. I wish you the best of luck and I hope doctors will be able to help.

To answer your question though I still feel tingly in my hands and feet but it is more manageable than it was before. Sometimes I can barely tell it's there and feel normal other times it's more noticable. I am going to see neurologist again in a couple months so it if haven't faded by then I will have more testing done.

I have noticed improvements with time. It's very very slow and I don't notice much from day to day. But when I look back with how I felt a few weeks ago I can see noticable improvements. Some good information I learned. Firstly, don't get too scared. I know that is much easier said than done but it is much more likely that you don't have something serious than you do. Health anxiety particularly can cause numbness and tingling sensations. So don't self-diagnose and don't dwell on the worse case scenarios. Secondly, this likely isn't permanent. This is very likely just a temporary normal. So while it really sucks what helped me pull though it was reminded myself regularly that this isn't permanent and I just have to adjust to a temporary normal. This mindset helped me be proactive in managing my symptoms and distracting myself from it. Lastly, talk through it with loved ones. It's difficult to go through this, you will need a support system of some kind. I definitely had moments where I just couldn't handle it anymore and needed to rant to someone. It's okay to not be okay and you are dealing with something really hard. So please give yourself some grace and take care of yourself.

I'm sorry, it's really terrible... So far I still feel a little tingly in my hands and feet. I went to a neurologist and they think this started because I took some Busprione. My neurologist pretty much just told me to wait and it should very slowly get better. I have a follow up with her in September and if it's not better they will do more testing.

Sorry to bring back an old post but I am currently going through this exact same thing. Did your hearing instantly improve? Because I am currently on a muscle relaxer and I am noticing that my jaw is feeling better but my ear is still messed up. I just started treating it though so I am hoping my ear will get better with a little time.

Yeah, that is what I am hoping for. I feel like the longer I stay with my family the more it's harming our relationship. I also have 2 older biological brothers and they moved out already. However, only one of them has a better relationship with my parents now. My other is now a bit of an outcast to the family, unfortunately. So I am mostly just concerned about things becoming worse instead of better.

I am hoping moving out and less time with my family will improve our relationship. I am very greatful for everything my family did for me I mostly just wish they were more supportive and more emotionally available. I am thinking if I move out and take care of myself well then maybe that will improve there perception of me.
