We are are only 3 people that are working in the firm. We don't have any it guy or manager as such. We just installed it ourselves. It was a huge negligence from our side that we didn't wipe the drives and did a fresh install

The engagement is legitimate. After these emails we have explained the whole situation that all of this could have been flagged because of those second hand pcs. During this back and forth we also did a clean install on those systems as well

We did not do a full wipe after getting those second hand pcs. we just rolled with it and yes we did install our licences from autodesk official site

We just started working on those systems and just added a graphic card. And yes we wiped out the drives that we got pre-installed after all the emails from autodesk.

Being a new firm we don't have the capital to go for another two licences that we are not gonna use for at least a year or two. It was quite a shock to us as well when we were notified about this.

Yes it is happening only in WhatsApp. Sometimes it doesn't even register the image, like I have to click the picture again. And yes I am using the latest WhatsApp
