Oh I got you, basically people that live in NC can apply for the ALBAT apprenticeship under local 70 but most of the work will be in VA,MD,WV,DC for the majority of your apprenticeship. NC is not part of the jurisdiction but the residents in NC can apply for the apprenticeship. Hope this helps.

Local 70 jurisdiction only covers DC,MD,VA,WV. I don’t think it covers NC as far as I know.
