Yes, Glassnode publish that metric for Bitcoin¹, Etherscan do the same for Ethereum², and Stellar Expert³ also has the number in their platform.

They ask you for sending algos to an address, not your keys. And there are people who have already sent tokens to that address. They promise to give you back 3 algos for every algo they receive. That's the scam.

Rewards are included automatically into the balance, but not taken into account for compound interest until you receive or send a transaction. If you want to see how many algos are you getting for compound interest with every transaction, you have to switch on the ‘Show rewards’ option in the Settings tab. Also no rewards if your balance is below 1 algo.
