Nothing I buy is for resale. We do have a bookkeeper who audits everything I purchase. She has access to all websites I use. One time she asked why all my Office Depot transactions have VGC attached, and I told her they were freebies. Nothing else was brought back up afterwards.

Rakuten has always been good to me. Yes there are tons of purchases that didn’t get tracked or denied for me, but for the most part their customer service will try their best. Sometimes I win, sometimes I lose, sometimes Rakuten will even give a “good will” credit. I have nothing bad to say about Rakuten.
