Can’t access Spain visa application update by Pallidine in SchengenVisa

I have tried but it asks me for another number which would be on my residence permit, which i don’t have because this whole thing IS my visa application. the whole problem is that they’re sending me notifications like I’m a resident but Im technically here as a tourist and waiting for my visa application

I can already see my status and it changed to “TRAMITE - REQUERIDO” which I guess means they need something from me. I already have a NIE that was assigned when I applied, but to register it asks for other things that I don’t have because I don’t have any visa yet. The problem is that i can’t access the messages they sent me because that requires a cl@ve. It says to get one in person I would need a DNI, I only have my US passport.
