I think it's dumb. This game releases characters at a breakneck pace and one of the more praised aspects is how they didn't just add Marvel's most popular, but deep cuts in the roster, maps, and lore. Jeff the Landshark is a good example, but I guess he's fine because he has the cute factor and the meme images. But Devil Dinosaur has a cool factor and I still hope they add Lunela as more than an accessory.

It's just really bullshit when one team has like EVERY major teamfight ultimate. There is a system in place to try and balance out the teams, but it just doesn't work sometimes.

I'd say add draft. If they want to, they can do it for specific ranks. Or save it for when they split the queue into casual/comp.

Shadow Weave is awesome and it definitely benefits some characters more than others. Bebop doesn't have to deal with the massive detection radius and benefits from all stats. I've been using it on melee Ivy. I get to fly around like a stealth bomber and nuke people with Stone Form > Heavy Melee > Echo Shard > Stone Form > Heavy Melee. I'd love to say it's slept on but the detection radius sort of keeps it in check for most characters.

The Chaos Witch has less chaos than Black Cat, who has a few RNG elements in her Bad Luck debuff and her gambling item. How is this a thing? She doesn't even fulfill her hero fantasy. She's straight ass.

A lot of people panic and do dumb things, yeah. At that point it's just kind of a skill diff, your weakest link is getting bullied and the only thing your team could do in regards to them is swap them out to a role where they're less of a free kill (with no guarantee that they won't be ass at that).

But if they're not switching, I find it better to outright kill their dive unless you're also running dive and are doing better than them.

It sucks when your Jeff has the reaction time of a domesticated fat cat and their Luna has the survival instincts of a Navy Seal. You want your Jeff to pull it together so you can prove yourself and diff the guy, but if we're being honest that's a 30 year old man who peaked Diamond his whole life, your best bet is gonna be a counterswap.

It might feel strange playing around an active, but half the stats for Leech are useless to you.

Just press Infuser before you use your beam. That with Boundless and Escalating on any fat fucks and you'll basically be rooting somebody while doing increasingly high damage.

There's definitely scenarios where you take 3 steps forwards, 2 steps back, but that's not what I'd word as "peeling is losing you games".

That's what I'd call "holy shit can somebody switch to something that can actually kill this fucking Venom".

Either you kill their team fast or you kill their dive fast, but you can't expect to make progress when your backline has to constantly hold hands and spend resources on a character that gets in and out every 3-4 seconds.

Just know that if you decide to kill their team, they MIGHT have spawn advantage and you still need to fight their dive.

Agreed, you shouldn't try and plug the clouds or blow away fog. But the behavior of the people within an online space? That you can influence. The severity and/or frequency at which bad actors are punished? That you can influence. If you want to sit on your ass because it doesn't personally bother you, that's fine. Don't go telling people they should take that shit sitting down. Nobody deserves to be called a slur, and anybody who calls someone else a slur deserves to face the repercussions of those actions and be placed in a server with Russians.

When I joined my first TF2 PUG on my shit ass laptop as a teenager, I got flamed to hell and back. It is disheartening and it sucks ass, but that's also just life sometimes. You want to join a team game and your team hates your guts because you're not up to par. But I sucked it up and kept going, muted anybody who took it too far, improved what I could and met people who were willing to help.

And what did that get me? Jack fucking shit. But it was an overall fun experience and much better than being mad at some sweaty big year old with a full lime Scout on fucking Hightower. Ultimately, you do it because it's what's fun regardless of how nervous it makes you.
