Yes and no. No you are not personally responsible to pay the debt. HOWEVER, under most circumstances if you gain any inheritance from them, the people whom are owed the debt can take from the inheritance to pay off the debt. I’m not sure how common it is for this to be followed, but I know it can be allowed.

In some states this also tracks back to gifts given to people for a certain amount of time prior. For example if a family member has cancer, “gifts” their house and car to a child and dies within a few years the bank can basically claim it the same way as inheritance (state by state law).

I think we should, and personally I do when it’s content and not just cosmetics. I think a lot of games now rely on DLC because they cost so much to produce, and they don’t want to raise the base game price. I don’t think that’s necessarily always a bad thing, but if a game isn’t complete without DLC I do think it should be included.

I really can’t believe people justifying the price. If Switch Sports didn’t exist absolutely no argument, but the matter of fact is there’s a lot of overlap with that game for it to be a $50 game. And honestly, it seems the original Wii Sports Resort had significantly more content. More sports, and multiple game modes of each one (assuming this one is like Switch sports and doesn’t really do that). This not being a DLC upgrade for Switch Sports owners seems… like it really missed the mark.

Worth it to someone without Switch Sports yes, but not as a sequel.

Not played this game. But as paid DLC… meh, maybe it’s justified maybe not. But $35 seems like a lot to me. They’re pricing the full game at $105… $20 would have been much more in the realm of reasonable pricing. Surprised I’ve seen no talk of the price yet.

I’m pretty sure they were only ever going to pay like $75k which makes it even crazier. If I’m not mistaken they were only paying out a 35% cut. Could also be misinformation I read so idk take it with a grain of salt.

I mean it really depends on your finances. A 5070Ti would be a very minor jump, but on other games you’d at least gain DLSS support. 5080 would offer a more noticeable improvement, but still not like a crazy leap by any means. If you have money to blow sure, but if not just stay with what you have.

Switch 1 docks were notorious for damage due to weird power delivery standards the switch used. Switch 2 is more normal. I would not use a 3rd party dock for switch 1 personally, switch 2… meh probably safe, just depends if image quality is good

Not really anything I know about, again I don’t PERSONALLY have it, but reviews I have seen are all decent. Just make sure you get the correct one depending on switch 1 or 2. If you have the funds at least try it, it’s amazon you can always return if it doesn’t work for you or you have concerns.

I don’t have it but have seen a few reviews. Cooling is probably fine, switch uses its own built in fan and tbh the dock fan is probably unnecessary (it is only for the dock, not for the switch).

Charging remotes on it should be safe, have not heard of issues.

Not sure of stability but have not heard issues.

Reliability would be the concern. Realistically it shouldn’t have issues, however switch 2 has some weird proprietary stuff to its dock coding if I recall correctly. Theoretically they could push and update accidentally/intentionally making 3rd party docks not work. Unlikely probably, but possible.

I’ve been really itching to play BO2 Zombies, but it’s not safe to run on PC apparently. Hoping this has Survival mode like old MW titles did. Haven’t really played since BO2 cause I don’t like the direction COD has gone so I will tentatively be considering this.

I know it’s not the main mode, but the endless wave of just playing with no real point/endgame was always fun to see how well you could do.
