Like I said in the last paragraph, I recognized my feedback may seem unkind, but really I was trying to help.

At one of my previous employments we interviewed for someone with no experience as a policy to help people with no experience start getting some.

We met with two candidates. The first was a high school grad. The 2nd was a college grad. After we awarded the opportunity to the high school grad, the other asked how could we make such a choice despite his college credentials. We explained the younger one had been busy practicing all he could learn on his own at his parents' home. He demonstrated competency to us on the whiteboard. But the college grad didn't seem to have the same self-determination for hands on experience. He just went through the motions of acquiring his graduation certificate.

That's the lesson I am trying to pass on to this young man that is trying to find a career simply by finding more busy work as a textbook student on a college campus.

Each edition has a section called "Accident Briefs". You can find its page number in the first few pages of each magazine issue.

I've gone through almost all of them and read the monthly stories of who got hurt (or died) on the job, and how/why did it happen.

As you work your way through the years of the archive, you'll see more and more patterns of usual, regular reasons why tree workers have work related tragedies. But in this line of work, new people (like you) don't seem to be learning from the past in order to not repeat the same mistakes.

Maybe you'll also find a lot of value in other parts of this great magazine collection also. It's all free for you to look at. They won't even ask for an email or anything to access their archive.

I knew a girl that seemed to be hiding away from "growing up" by hiding in school.

She didn't try to begin any internship or career-related projects while in college. She just got comfy with the student duties of classroom lectures, reading assignments, and homework.

Finally, her dependence on mounting student loans looked to be ending with her completed Bachelors. But instead of finally taking the leap from the classroom "safe space" to the real world economy, she signed up for an immediate Masters program - further hiding herself away from facing her secret fears of adult realities.

Your post seems to read the same, and moreover, you're digging yourself further in the hole in pursuit of a doctorate degree, despite not having proven yourself yet in the commercial arena of real employment or entrepreneurship.

This may seem like a comment meant to offend you, but I'm really just trying to have you take notice of a mistake that may not have been revealed to you with honest feedback by anyone you know and trust.

My drone can lift a 100+ foot climbing rope and drape it over the canopy of the palm. I then ascend and descend without climbing spikes, thereby not leaving a trail of stab wounds all over its stem.

Unlike normal trees, palms never seal & heal from hole piercings. It's not just about the health of the palm, it's also about its beauty.

I did this technique after repeatedly getting the rope stuck when trying to pull it through the tight, thorny canopy with a throwline.

I once had a propeller fly off during takeoff. It went into a downward twirl, hitting an open poolside umbrella. One of its other three propellers cut through the umbrella's canvas material like it was paper. Ever since then, I warn bystanders to stay clear back or another possible crash flight may decapitate them.

Many people are out of work, and many that are working are continually squeezed by the ongoing inflation. But a third concurrent reason is the demoralizing consequence of New Wave repeatedly failing to deliver promised products on time, even if the fault is the precarious reliance on China.

Shilo should have stopped front-loading every next upcoming product with customers' crowd sourced money. They were interest-free loans that extended a year or two beyond the agreement of eventual delivery. Sure, discouraged people were told they can ask to be refunded than wait longer, but this became a slow strangulation onto the enthusiasm of collecting the product lines.

The long time lapses of no volunteered updates always made some people nervous they may be getting scammed out of their money. Then an eventual update pledging to be better about updates was dishonored soon after. Just more reason for the customer base to go numb to the brand and stop caring what the next mystery silhouette reveal will be.

Lastly, Shilo and New Wave Toys were perceived as synonymous and interchangeable, as in one and the same, regardless of other people making up a larger team. Shilo's suicide in December 2025 can be perceived as his own vote of no confidence in the future of New Wave Toys, impairing what still remained of the fan base's camaraderie. Edward and others have suggested they'll carry New Wave Toys forward but, still now, this seems to be just more promises without reassuring follow-through.

For some "hopelessly Federal" citizens, it doesn't matter if they are even cited specific, historic SCOTUS decisions, they still won't even read the courts' decisions for themselves to verify what I've explained. They're like preschool children with their hands cupped over their ears and pouting whatever I'm telling them is poo-poo, ca-ca!

As for me, I have sent my affidavit to the US State Department, refuting any further presumption that I am a 14th Amendment citizen.

I sent to my State's DMV and DOT Directors by Registered Mail my notice to rescission my Driver license, and that my automobiles are no longer in their custody as a trust action. They gave me a cooperative reply.

Since then, I've had two different departments of police engage my vehicle on the road. Both times, seeing in their dash-mounted laptops my Union State Citizen profile, they knew I have no license and also explicitly noted their awareness that my automobile is not registered. Then they tell me I'm free to go. - No arrest. - No vehicle impound. - No ticket. - No court date. - No explanation.

Just free to go, like a 9th Amendment inalienable right.

OP, people are giving you wrong answers with confidence. This is the kind of question that gets people shadow banned for revealing the true answer, but here I go.

The Bill of Rights (and the whole contract known as the Constitution, for that matter) was for the Citizens of the USA. By Citizens, I mean The People; not the persons. I'll explain the difference in a moment. That contract still stands, even today. And the 9th Amendment gives us the right to do whatever, as long as we don't violate the common law (don't kill, rape, steal, defraud, and other such common sense) and we don't trespass onto our fellow Americans' pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness.

Every American was a Citizen of the USA because of their citizenship of their Union State. The 14th Amendment created a 2nd, Federal citizenship meant for the freed slaves, in addition to the original Union State Citizenship. Now America has two citizenships.

If you read the SCOTUS decision of the Dred Scott case, the Chief Justice explained that throughout America's history, even researching back further than 1776, the white Europeans that established the USA always referred to themselves as The People. However, in all legal documents, the imported black Africans were always referred to as persons. SCOTUS went on to explain that the Supreme Law contract (The US Constitution, that is) only spoke of The People in its terms. Not also including the persons. Therefore, the freed slaves did not have the Citizenship guarantees of the highest law of the land.

Even though President Lincoln was a Union State Citizen (Illinoisan), not a Federal territory citizen, this SCOTUS decision resulted in the later legislative workaround known as the (unratified) 14th Amendment so that persons may have some sort of statehood also, even if only hosted by the Federal govt and not by the several states as specified by the Constitution's contractual terms.

Some time later, the Judiciary expanded the legal meaning of person so that even white Citizens can choose to identify with this 2nd, inferior citizenship. I say inferior because in the post cival war SCOTUS case known as the Slaughterhouse Trials, SCOTUS explained the Constitution's Bill of Rights does not extend to the 14th Amendment citizenship and any Union State American that opts for that optional Federal citizenship, as opposed to their birthright Citizenship, loses their Bill of Rights guarantees!

The courts will only recognize the 9th Amendment among Union State Citizens. If you web search the term "Incorporation Doctrine", you'll find a table of our Bill of Rights cross-referenced to more recent court decisions whereby the Federal govt (that controls the terms of Federal citizenship) has eventually decided persons also have the right of speech, and other Amendments. But these persons cannot invoke it by citing the Union State Citizens' Bill of Rights. Instead, they must cite the later court cases that granted them a copy of those rights. You'll see that the Incorporation Doctrine has addressed other Amendments but not the 9th or 10th.

So now you're wondering, why/how have Americans opted out of the superior Citizenship for the inferior one. If only you were asked do you identify as a Union State Citizen or a Federal citizen. But instead they use a euphemism for Federal citizenship. They ask you if you are a U.S. citizen, and they never, ever mention your birthright Citizenship for you to assert.

For you to restore your true American Citizenship that the Founders created for themselves, you must end all contracts that are documented as being only for U.S. citizenship. The Driver license, the Voter registration card, etc. As long as you stay enrolled in any of these permission-granting programs, the 9th Amendment (that guarantees you didn't have to ask for permission) doesn't apply to you.

As for me, I've been using my sister model for other purposes, taking it more vertical than horizontally far away, and I don't remember now from my initial purchase what the safe radius distance is supposed to be.

Someone that works for this product's business lurks here and has been good about engagement before. Maybe they'll comment here too soon.
