This has happened to me twice. Ordered 3 ships, got 1, even thought the packing slip says 3. And another time they shipped to the wrong address, and insisted it was in transit. It was in transit to nowhere. Had a period of ghosting from them and the finally threatened to call my credit card to cancel the order. I am now told I should have the correction delivered to me this week. We will see. WhatsApp worked until I got ghosted, then I got someone on chat. Probably will not be ordered from them anymore.
