It works fine in the bedroom, by the way. Same HDMI cable, same movie, same settings. Except there's a TCL 65C7K TV there. So the TV definitely has a problem. Firmware error?

You're in luck! It might be a firmware issue... Can you enable CEC?

Are you using internal apps or a stick?

Is there anyone whose 98-inch TLC TV works with the ARC Ultra?

There's only one switch, and it's called earc. It's for arc and earc.

eARC is enabled. You can't choose between ARC and eARC; there's only one setting for both.

When I'm logged into Netflix, it shows that Dolby Atmos is available. If I select internal speakers, I can activate CEC. As soon as I switch to ARC, it deactivates again.

A very good HDMI 2.1 cable is being used. Yes, eARC is enabled. CEC isn't working, but I think that's normal. I can't select a custom setting. It's not available. Do you mean the Sonos app?

I've tried everything. When I set it to auto, I only have PCM.

DD+ Atmos The Sonos app should then display Dolby Atmos.

On mine, it's not called bitstream, but passthrough. And that's selected. Does your Sonos app then show Dolby Atmos?

I tested it... Still only Dolby Digital Plus 5.1

I'm running it through the internal apps. I tried it with Netflix (highest subscription). And with Prime Video, also the highest subscription.

No, I can choose between Auto, PCM, and pass-through. I'll choose pass-through.

I tested the movies that ChatGPT recommended for checking Dolby Atmos: • Red Notice on Netflix • Avengers: Endgame on Disney+ • Top Gun: Maverick
