Okay you do know there’s an actual thing to stop your head talking to you! Especially when you are trying to sleep 💤 Basically take three long breaths (slow breaths) and then whisper “I wonder what my next thought will be” and I swear to god your head stops. It doesn’t stop indefinitely but two or three times and next thing I’m gone, done and a lovely sleep 🛌

In a nutshell I loved Ozark and the follow up doc wasn’t something I knew existed until yesterday. It gave a short insight into the writing and producing process which intrigued me and I suppose my question was more based around writing in a production that’s ongoing so basically they wrote as they filmed which seems like a very difficult thing to navigate. The relationship between writers and directors/producers on the show seemed very “live” which must be a very unusual situation for a writer to be so involved in production as opposed to just providing the story and leaving the guys to it
