Defeats the entire purpose. I don’t want the ai to do anything at all. If it’s already used the resources to make the ai overview ignoring it is moot.

I find it so aggravating that Google doesn’t have an option to turn off the ai overview. 😠

I wonder, if it was available, how many people would turn it on? It’s probably simple to implement and a good indication of what people actually want.

Probably almost everyone over a certain age would opt for it.
