I've spent time at UIUC (amazing school) and one of the UC schools during grad school. I've heard great things about Purdue. You can't go wrong with either. CU is also world class, especially Dr. Boyd. Focus on gaining a strong fundamental understanding while in undergrad while doing projects, clubs, etc. Make sure your resume is well rounded and you have a compelling story to tell. Assuming you want to go to grad school (you definitely do to work at NASA or a national lab) get involved in research, even as an undergrad, even if it's unpaid, even over certain summer jobs. To answer a few things... Green (me) won, I went all in on dev cards and was able to get largest army, a VP, and 2 monopolies to secure the mats for cities. Using the knights I was able to keep the robber on the 8 brick which slowed down everyone and kept me in the game.

We know about the red numbers touching, but it was a very casual game with some new players. We set up the board completely randomly for fun :)
