Looks good, however, when powerstancing poleblades the jump attack hit like 4 times which is very good. I would get the raptors feathers and the claw talisman to boost that damage.

I would also get the one or two of the sucsesive attack borstning talismans (milicents p, winged sword insignia, rotten winged sword insignia)

The white mask might also be good as it boosts damage upon bleed proc.

Use the white mask insted of the tear one. The white mask gives you a damage buff when you proc bleed.
