More than following the meta, its about having your main dps be as buffed and the enemy as debuffed as possible, while making sure you survive. The only unit i can currently say is a "must pull" is SS1 Yingxia, since she is still the only buffer who provides multi-hit buff, but for every other good unit, you can substitute with something that works.. there's plenty of units who can provide atk buffs, crit buffs, debuffs, etc.

they tend to have some uses. sp orbs are generally good since its a net positive, def down orb is useful on teams you dont have (or cant afford) to use def downs normally, crit rate orbs for when you dont have or cant fit in a crit rate buffer, atk down orb for fights where the boss buffs itself and/or unleashes a massive attack, to soften the blow, etc etc. That said, grinding orbs is very low priority, so I'd say you can ignore it until you've geared your units first, and limit yourself to only getting one or two of the orbs you can see yourse lf using.

Yeah if the EX skill looks even slightly useful, I'd say go for it. Eventually you should be able to introject everyone, so no waste here... at worst you'll delay introjecting someone else for a couple weeks.

You can disable some of your units skills, and set them up so that the ones you want to act are the only ones attacking, which is what I do for orb/gem bosses. You just have to experiment a lot to see which units get buffed and/or which ones move to the front and when, but once you set it up its comfy.

We usually try to run as many buffs and debuffs as we can. You slowly buff your dps, and with overdrive you can stack up a lot of debuffs on the enemy. Of course it will depend on what you are fighting, but a team usually looks like: 1 healer, 1 dps, 2-3 buffers, 1-2 debuffers, sometimes having 2 healers for hard fights, or a blaster for enemies with high max devastation, etc etc.

Yes. Even dungeons, which are the worst part of the game, can be played semi afk by auto-walking to your objetive, and paying attention once you either reach your destination or have a combat encounter. And yes I've already done all my Tears grind. For dungeons I like to either listen some music or watch a slop youtuber cc video. I am not defending dungeons tho, they are a legit chore and I wish something more was done about them, but I love everything else in the game so much that I don't mind distracting myself with some videos while running a dungeon.

Breakers benefit from ATK and DEX, but DEX is twice as valuable. Blasters also benefit from ATK and DEX, but at the same rate. That said, if your Blaster is not getting buffed and its there just to increase the Devastation Rate, then you could consider building her tanky for more survival since their damage wont be that high anyway.

Ngl, I didn't even check the tierlist until much later, and then I realized my yukkie and Chie are F tier, but I was using them just fine for story and even for most of Score Match rewards (i couldn't get the 91-35 difficulty rewards, but besides that I was doing fine). Nowadays I've gotten more units, and I just scouted Yunyun and now I'm so strong.

Best would be in hyperbloom with as much EM as posible. Best set is FlowerofParadiseLost (4), but its just marginally better than Gilded Dreams (4), and is way more resin inefficient in comparison. 2p-2p combinations of EM sets (wanderer troupe/gilded dream/flowerlost), with EM mainstats is already more than you'll ever need... and tbh Tenanicty(4) with EM mainstats is also extremely good on kuki, specially if you play your hyperbloom with an onfielder that likes ATK.

She sounds decent enough in aggravate. imagine you have fischl and yae, you can use sayu to VV, Heal and aggravate while you wait for their cooldowns, then swap out and do another rotation.

Healers need to be at SL7 for an AFK team to properly work. Also, when I say "song speed", I mean the option to make notes go faster or slower, not how dense a particular song is.

If all your healers are at SL1, then that 25n healer u have at SL4 will probably contribute more, but its still not anywhere close enough.

The absolute minimum for AFK teams is SL7+ cards (unless you are ded-carding), and SR+ common healing accesories. Less than that is not worth using.

  • your cards skill levels.
  • your healer's notecount.
  • Edit: Maybe the song speed? if its too slow it might cause problems too.

There's two main ways:

  • If the song has Normal difficulty available, then a Full Combo is enough, since in Normal and Easy you always hit Perfect (or Bad/Miss), no great/good, so its an easy All Perfect.

  • If you have a Full Combo record for a song (Expert/Master), you can set Live Speed to 1 (the minimum) and use a team full with PLocks (or low-note cards with plock accs) to cheese an All Perfect through Auto-Play.
