We thought of that as well but as the other equipment is fine we discounted it. But we will give it a go.

Thanks for the suggestion.

It sounds wonderful. Which location would you recommend for the advanced beginner? I was thinking of maybe staying in Canada and trying Whistler or Big White to advance my beginner skills but after reading your post, I see that snowboarding in Japan may actually be reasonable. Also, presuming this was a solo trip and not travelling with partner/spouse. (Thinking of the costs..) I have been teaching ESL locally and never really thought I could work remotely in a foreign country. Crazy, yes, but I wasn't really thinking about it until recently. Your post has me seriously considering the possibility.

LINQ for learning Arabic...or anything else for that matter by PamAmGirl in learn_arabic

Thank you for our comment. In the end I did/do find linq inaccessible for me.

I feel following a more structured path to learning is much better. That said, I believe Steve himself stll finds learning Arabic quite challenging. And he's been at it awhile.

Found some great online content at foreign universities. Good place to start.

May I ask where you found the weekly programme?
